What Will You Learn?

Shin to Shin is one of the most powerful and effective positions in Jiu-Jitsu. It offers a safe platform that helps you avoid submissions while opening up ample opportunities to set up and land sweeps, transitions and submissions. With his latest instructional, Aaron Benzrihem looks to provide a complete game plan to consistently attack and off balance your opponents. Shin to shin is one of the most effective ways to beat bigger, stronger and more athletic opponents.

Aaron is a black belt under Bernardo Faria, and a former instructor at The Bernardo Faria Academy. He has been refining his shin to shin system for over a decade. In that time he has developed a high-level system that applies to ALL levels of Jiu-Jitsu.

Why shin to shin? This often overlooked position is very under utilized and under taught. Many people assume it is solely a transition but the shin to shin can easily be used as a guard and it can provide an incredible amount of leverage to sweep and submit opponents that are much bigger, faster and stronger. Aaron spent his whole career competing at 137 placing in open divisions and rolling with anyone.
