CHALLENGE BEGINS JANUARY 17TH


We are excited to launch The New Year Strong and Fit 3 Week Old Guys Challenge!
The purpose behind this challenge is to bring our community together to achieve meaningful fitness and diet goals that will help us take on 2022 at our very best! Starting January 17th, participants will be given a new personal fitness and nutrition goal every week designed to shed weight, increase cardio and build strength.

The most common new year resolution is getting in shape, but this year you won't do it alone! You will get exclusive access to a private Facebook group where Bernardo Faria will check in with you live once a week, and participants can help give each other feedback and motivation to make it through to the end of the challenge.

Also, by completing this challenge, not only will you find yourself in better shape than when you started in only 3 weeks, you will also get the chance to be rewarded with generous prizes as well! The last two years have been tough for us all. Join us as we start a great new year by doing something fun and healthy for ourselves!

                Step 3 - Make Your Introduction Post And As Part Of You Introduction Make Your Pledge! (Let Us Know Which Food Or Beverage You Plan To Eliminate From Your Diet During The Challenge).

    Step 4 - Be There January 17th As We Launch The Challenge
