Gregor Gracie hasn’t had an easy life, but he has an advantage that most any serious grappler would kill for: He’s a Gracie. As a competitor Gregor is extremely accomplished. In high school he wrestled and adapted to it quickly because of his lifetime of Jiu-Jitsu, and became a high school all American. He won the world championships at Purple, the Pans at Brown, and placed in the ADCC against the likes of Pablo Popivich and Marcelo Garcia. Gregor has one of the most efficient systems from the closed guard. He utilizes simple and effective chains to sweep or submit.
