Shintaro Higashi is a true student of martial arts. He is a red and white belt in Judo as well as a brown belt in BJJ, and also has competitive wrestling experience! Throughout his Judo Journey Shintaro has competed in the international circuit and has taught Judo for over a decade! In that time he has honed in his Ashi Waza techniques into a practical system that people of all experience levels can make use of. 

As an added bonus, the series includes Shintaro’s Uchi Mata series. Here he teaches one of his favorite throws that he uses to set up Ashi Waza techniques, and vice versa!
