Alberto Crane is a pioneer in America in terms of Jiu Jitsu, being the first American to receive a black belt through the Gracie Barra Academy. His competition achievement rap sheet is enormous, and includes titles such as 2002 World Bronze Medallist at black belt, 2000 Pan American Silver Medallist at brown belt, Brazilian National Bronze Medallist in 1999 at purple belt and 2001 at brown belt, and so many more. He also has an impressive MMA record, and has fought in the UFC and is a former King of the Cage and Ring of Fire lightweight champion.
