Five time world champion and IBJJF Hall of Fame member, Bernardo Faria was recently a guest on the BJJ Mental Coach Podcast, hosted by legendary black belt Gustavo Dantas. In episode 6, BJJ Mental Coach Podcast listeners get to hear Bernardo's story of his first introduction to BJJ and his struggles as a young man trying to live up to his father's and family's expectations regarding his career.
