The facility in Boston, Massachusetts where Gazoni teaches his practice was originally founded around 30 years ago and was formerly known as Combined Martial Arts Academy. Eventually, the facility became the first Brazilian Top Team in the United States. The facility enacted this change in 2003.

Daniel Gazoni’s Fight List
While Daniel Gazoni has not personally fought in any competitions to the publics’ knowledge, he has coached and instructed some highly successful grapplers. One of his students, Levi de Moura Guimaraes, placed in multiple divisions in the American IBJJF competition in 2019. Levi got first in both the adult male gi and no-gi super heavyweight divisions at the purple belt rank. Levi also managed to earn second place in the adult male no-gi open class weight division at the purple belt rank.
It is quite apparent how successful Daniel Gazoni’s training is when looking at his students. Some of his other successful competitors include Igor Vinicios Santos Firmino and Gabriel Aguiar Costa.
