Harry Grech has had a competitive grappling career, winning a multitude of Australian titles. His rise through the ranks under veteran coach Josh Barnett has been full of triumph. In 2014 Harry competed at the ADCC Oceanic Trials in Korea securing second place, he also placed third at ADCC trials in Japan. As Harry continued to train and compete he won a string of Australian Championship Gold medals and five Gold medals in the Absolute division at Grappling Industries in Sydney. Harry continued his dominance on the world stage winning the Pan Pacific Championships held in Melbourne. After an amazing run of tournament wins Harry competed at the NoGi World Championships in California, where he managed to reach the podium securing a Bronze medal.

In 2017 Harry entered the Australian Sub Only Championships, as he dominated the competition he walked away with the Championship belt. Harry backed up his title in 2018 by winning another Championship belt at the Australian Combat Championship. Harry also competed at the ADCC Australian National Championships in Sydney securing two Silver medals losing both finals to Ethan Thomas and Uros Culic. In 2019 Harry was defeated by William Tackett at the BJJ Fanatics Submission Only Grand Prix. In 2020 Harry won the ADCC Dutch Open in Amsterdam,  after defeating Ghassan Younes and Shaka Watson in the quarter and semi final respectively. Moving into the final Harry would score the victory over Mohammed Ali as he was crowned the Champion. After an outstanding career in grappling, Harry turned Pro on the MMA scene. He is currently 2 and 0 with TKO wins over Grant Brechney and Justin Danielson at Urban Fight Night 23 and 24.

Harry has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. He has an extremely high level of knowledge to share with many of his students in Sydney. Harry is a certified Personal Trainer with a high level of strength and conditioning. He has built his own Personal Training business called The Kimura Katch, mainly due to his nickname the Kimura.
