Randy Steinke has had an exceptional career fighting inside the cage. Over the first few years of his professional career, Randy defeated guys like Jeff Milley, Ray Robinson and JR Conkright in promotions like Rage in the Cage, Arizona and the Mexico Regionals. Randy was a fast up and comer as he lit up the stage with his tremendous execution of Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. Randy became a Golden Glove Boxing Champion and even fought in Shooto fighting in Brazil in 2008. Randy rose through the ranks as he defeated opponents at will with knockouts and submissions.

Randy had some losses inside the cage heading into 2009 and 2010, as he looked to rebuild in 2011 and jump back in the winners circle. The next few years Randy performed extremely well as he solidified himself as a top contender in Mixed Martial Arts. In 2013 and 2014 Randy would win the King of the Cage Featherweight and Bantamweight Championships. Randy had become a formidable fighter as his versatility between his performances began to show, Randy would showcase his knockout abilities along with his technical grappling proficiency. 

Randy tested his grappling efficiency by entering the Pan American Championships, after an amazing run of submissions Randy won the Gold medal. Randy continued to impress throughout his career as he continued until 2018 fighting inside the cage. Randy has fought and coached alongside some of the great Mixed Martial Artists of his time. During Randy’s time at The MMA Lab he trained under legends John Crouch and Benson Henderson, Randy was awarded his Brown belt in Jiu Jitsu by John Crouch. Randy also spent time coaching and training alongside Henry Cejudo at Fight Ready MMA, as he helped Henry towards three Championship fights. Randy coached numerous UFC fighters towards KO victories and also cornered the very first RFA Women’s Champion in Jocelyn Jones Lybarger.

Randy defeated Jeff Milley in his first professional fight with a submission 20 seconds into the first round, rating the fight up near the top of the fastest finishes in MMA history. In Randy’s second fight he submitted Ray Robinson in 1 minute and 20 seconds into their match, Randy would have a rematch 9 years later against Ray where he secured another fast submission finish, this time in 1 minute and 37 seconds. Randy has been ferocious all throughout his career with other wins over;Nick Hendrick via submission (45 seconds round 1) Bob Calnin via TKO (53 seconds round 1) Shawn Nez via TKO (28 seconds round 1) Montino Hardy Via KO (23 seconds round 1) and Daniel Soto via KO (1:21 round 1) 

Randy excited his fans by winning the Featherweight title at King of the Cage - World Champions in 2013 against Jerod Spoon. Two months later Randy challenged for the Bantamweight title at King of the Cage - Heated Fury against Ian De La Cuesta, where Randy secured a decision win after 5 rounds of heated combat. Randy would defend his title in a stunning fashion as he submitted Imani Jackson with a kneebar only 46 seconds into the first round.

Randy Steinke has secured close to a 60% win ratio as a professional Mixed Martial Artist. During Randy’s career he has lost to some tough guys, including some losses by knockout and submission while most of his defeats came by decisions. Randy has lost to fighters like;Yaotzin Meza, Willamy Freire, Bryan Goldsby, Matt Leyva, Nick Rhoads, Jade Porter, Jacob Devree, Joey Miolla, Erick Sanchez and Jackson Filho. Some of Randy’s worst losses came by way of first round submissions. The first was a loss to Guillaume Lamarche by a triangle choke 3 minutes and 38 seconds into the first round of their bout at Ringside MMA 5. Randy suffered one of his worst losses when he fought Stephen Cervantes at Duel for Domination 12 in 2015. Randy would submit to Stephen’s rear naked choke in less than 3 minutes into the fight. After this fight Randy went back to the gym and worked extensively on his Jiu Jitsu in order to be better prepared for his upcoming fights.

Randy has secured 11 submissions and 5 knockouts including several finishes in under 2 minutes in the first round.  Randy has also secured two King of the Cage title belts in different weight classes, putting him in a high calibre of successful competitors. Randy has also won a Golden Gloves Amatuer Boxing title and a Pan American Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championship Gold medal. Randy also became the Shooto Brazilian Champion early in his Martial Arts career.
