Roger Gracie's Best Fight of All Time

Roger Gracie has had so many amazing fights in both BJJ and MMA it is hard to list one. For now we are going to go with his last fight in MMA, which was his title fight for the then inaugural ONE Championship Cruiserweight championship, which is now known as the Light Heavyweight championship.

For this fight, Roger Gracie faced off against Michal Pasternak at ONE Championship 42: Ascent to Power on May 6, 2016.

The fight started with Roger Gracie immediately taking the center of the ring and forcing Pasternak to circle it. After forcing Pasternak to do a few laps around the ring, Roger Gracie shoots in and pins him up against the cage and is eventually able to bring the match to the floor.

Off of that takedown Roger Gracie is immediately able to take the mount position on his opponent.

After some time spent on top Pasternak is forced to give up his back to Roger Gracie and tries to roll out back into mount. Roger Gracie takes this opportunity and originally attempts to slap on a rear naked choke but then quickly transitions to an arm triangle.

From there it only takes a few seconds for Roger Gracie to choke his opponent out and win his first MMA title and his last MMA match.
