Adam Bradley is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black belt who was graded by the famous international grappler Andre Galvao. Adam Bradley is also a Submission Catch Wrestler who has competed on many different promotions like; Submission Underground, Warriors Unreleased, Sub Spectrum and Third Coast Grappling.

Adam Bradley has competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on the world stage throughout his career. He has won multiple World championship and Pan American Championship medals with the Gi on. He has also won The World Championship and the Pan American Championship in No Gi. Adam has won other events like Abu Dhabi Grand Slam, Portland Open and the New York Open. 

Adam has won multiple catch wrestling Championships in his career as he prides himself on being a formidable competitor. His attacking style of grappling has seen him win multiple Gold medals and win events like Fight 2 win, where he defeated Nilo Burgener by way of a decision. 

Adam Bradley teaches white belt foundation classes out of Andre Galvao’s gym, Atos in San Diego USA. Adam Bradley is well known for his unique ability to escape submissions, his expertise in escaping the triangle is highly regarded, as he teaches it throughout the United States.

Adam Bradley has begun to work closely with BJJ Fanatics as he has filmed a video series of submission escapes. Adam Bradley was born in New Hampshire in the US in 1993, he is currently 28 years of age.

Adam Bradley’s Family!

Adam Bradley grew up in New Hampshire USA with a supportive family but money didn’t come easy for the Bradley family. Struggling to make much money Adam grew up seemingly underprivileged, his struggles led to misbehaviour and what Adam described as “lost with no direction, most likely to drop out of high school”. Although his high school years were tough Adam talked about one of his teachers that saw potential in him. This teacher was a blue belt in BJJ and would teach classes on cheer landing mats in the cafeteria after school. Adam was invited to try it out and was instantly hooked, the only deal was he had to pick up his grades. 

Adam would work tirelessly to hand in his work so he could keep training, Adam maintains BJJ is the only reason he graduated from high school. As a 17 year old Adam started training in BJJ full time but with little money he barely ate, he slept in his car between sessions just to further his passion for BJJ. At the age of 19 he moved to San Diego with only $25 to his name, he started working at Jamba Juice to make a paycheck. Adam would ride 24 miles on his bike twice a day, and sometimes sleep on the mats in between sessions just to keep up with his Jiu Jitsu dream.

Adam started as a young kid with no money and little food, but since his success throughout his career he has significantly increased his net earnings. Adam fought Bruno Matias at theThird Coast Grappling Kumite where he submitted him with a kneebar in a stunning display. One of Adam’s best events came at his third Catch Wrestling event where he submitted all four of his opponents inside 2 minutes each. Adam won the Championship title belt and was also surprised and honoured by winning the Outstanding Wrestler Award.

Adam Bradley has had significant success inside the Catch Wrestling ring and the BJJ competition mats. He has also lost his share of fights in his illustrious career, when you compete as much as Adam Bradley it is a sure thing you will lose against other incredible athletes. Adam lost to Hunter Colun at Submission Underground by a savage rear naked choke, this is a moment that Adam would love to do over. Another notable loss was to the internationally world famous Roberto Jimenez. Adam fought Roberto on the Third Coast Grappling promotion, in a very close match up Roberto Jimenez would earn himself the decision win over Adam Bradley.

Adam Bradley has won titles and Gold medals all over the United States. The exceptionally talented Atos professor has lit up the world stage all throughout his career on the way to his Black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Adam has also won; No Gi World Championship, No Gi Pan American Championship, multiple Gi World Championship and Pan American Championship medalist, Abu Dhabi Grand Slam Championship, multiple Kansas City Opens, New York Opens, Denver Opens, Portland Opens, IBJJF No Gi San Diego World League Championship, FIVE Grappling California 3 Champion, World Series of Grappling No Gi Absolute Champion, IBJJF American National champion GI and No Gi including 2 silvers in the absolute division.

Adam Bradley has had a long and successful career as a Catch Wrestler and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor. There are no reports of him having any significant injuries throughout his highly active career. Adam came from humble beginnings and learnt through his tough upbringing, that overcoming adversity is a mental game. Adam has done extremely well to overcome his troubling high school days to be the athlete he is today.
