Renegade Loop Chokes With Kurt Osiander
Kurt Osiander is a true OG of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The Ralph Gracie black belt holds down the fort as the head instructor at the Ralph Gracie Academy in San Francisco. Kurt has mixed an old school BJJ toughness with a hard edged heavy metal persona to become one of the most well-known instructors in the world.
Kurt is never one of those instructors you want to ask "What do I do from XYZ bad position?" He'll simply tell you his famous tagline, "You F-d up a long time ago!"
