Grappling Flow: Jiu Jitsu Sit Up Guard - Half Guard Sweep - Foot Lock Attacks
This TRITAC Grappling Flow series starts off when you're fighting from the Combat Guard or BJJ Sit-up Guard when your opponent in standing.
You will learn how to enter in to attack your opponent's leg to get a Half Guard Sweep. After you get your BJJ half guard sweep, you can trap the leg and get a half guard pass.
The half guard pass will also open up options to for a variety of foot locks BJJ from the 50/50 Guard position.

Scooping a person’s lead leg when you are receiving a lot of pressure from a guy stand can open up an opportunity for you to get to your safely to your knees using the principals of a technical stand up. Once at your knees, the ability to control your opponent’s legs will get you into position for an effective take down. Get the feel for remaining tight to your training partner and it will allow you to push and pull him with ease. Attack both legs to get your opponent to the ground. Once there you can go for a foot lock submission. Be careful though because this will also give your opponent an opportunity to submit you with a foot lock.
