Some of his many unbelievable accomplishments include climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Aconcagua, opening and running a successful CrossFit gym, becoming a weightlifting champion, competing in MMA, and earning an ESPY award. Think that sound impressive? Kyle Maynard has also accomplished these goals as quadruple amputee without the use of prosthetics. This man is a beast.

Maynard often goes on the road as a motivational speaker, because, obviously he’s incredibly driven and motivating, but the life he leads is a hectic one. He is constantly worried about the business, his employees, gigs, and new goals. And in this video, he explains how BJJ quiets his mind.
