A hollow body hold is a great core exercise for building abs of steel. 5 sets for 60 seconds of this will set you up for the hollow body rock. Hold that same pelvic position and rock back and forth for another 5 sets of 60 seconds. For beginners rocks and straddle holds are a good alternative way to start if this proves to be too challenging.
